**YOU...**:

- are a skilled videographer who is experienced in creating captivating social media content as well as stunning visual narratives
- have experience in post-production, with expertise in video editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- have an understanding of how to tailor assets for different platforms
- are familiar with AI content creation tools and have experience in AI prompting to enhance content workflows
- have a passion for photography, and while not essential, photo editing skills are a plus
- have motion design/motion graphics experience, which would be a valuable asset
- thrive under tight deadlines, setting priorities and managing multiple projects efficiently
- bring creativity, innovative ideas, and a problem-solving attitude to every task
- have a professional approach and a strong attention to detail
- have excellent spoken and written English skills; German and other languages are advantageous
- are interested in a full-time, in-house role at our office in Fuschl am See, Austria

**AND WILL...**:

- be part of the production and post-production process for video projects, including everything from shooting to cutting, color grading, and adding soundtracks
- support the creation of social media content and assets for both national and international clients including events like Red Bull X-Alps and Red Bull Illume
- integrate AI tools into your workflow to streamline and enhance the quality and efficiency of content creation
- develop creative video and content concepts that align with client objectives
- collaborate with teams to create visually engaging content that resonates across multiple platforms
- assist with photography and photo editing when necessary, contributing to a diverse range of projects
- create engaging motion graphics and integrate motion design into video projects to enhance storytelling

**YOUR JOURNEY**:
**INTERNSHIP**
- Join us for several months as part of your studies and learn on the job working in one of the teams. It could be in design, events or communications. It’s a great chance to gain valuable experience.
- **JUNIOR**
- Your first step on the career ladder This is the entry position for graduates looking to get started. You’ll be working on big projects right from the start and learning fast as you progress.
- **PRO**
- This is where the magic happens. You could be an account manager, graphic designer, videographer. You already have some experience and now you’re working directly with our global sports, lifestyle and photography clients.
- **SENIOR**
- You’re a great motivator and thrive on taking the lead, driving projects through from concept to completion, giving direction and sharing knowledge, while developing your own experience.
- **LEAD**
- Now is the time to help shape creative and strategic vision, for example as Art Director, Head of Communications or Content Creation. You’re already an experienced leader, full of ideas and ready to take on full responsibility.
- **TEAM LEAD**
- The most senior leadership role - you’ll be working directly with the CEO, leading and managing a department and working on budgets, planning, strategy development, business opportunities and human resources.
