• are genuinely passionate about TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts & all things creator culture
• stay on top of social media trends, formats, transitions, sounds, memes & storytelling styles
• are a skilled shooter with the technical abilities of a videographer using a camera/phone (framing, lighting, audio, storytelling)
• have strong editing skills and feel at home in tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
• know how to create platform-specific formats—from fast-paced vertical edits to aesthetic loops to high-impact Shorts
• think mobile-first and know exactly what catches attention in the first 2 seconds
• feel comfortable creating quick social videos but also polished hero pieces when needed
• bring creativity, initiative, problem-solving skills, and a sharp sense of what "works" on social media
• ideally have basic motion design skills (nice to have, not mandatory)
• speak and write excellent English; German or other languages are an advantage
• are excited about a full-time on-site role in our office in Fuschl am See

• create social-first video content—from shooting with a camera/phone to editing, color grading, sound, and final delivery
• ideate and produce content tailored to platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more
• create content for Red Bull X-Alps, The Illume, and other national and international clients of ours
• bring trend-driven creative ideas and turn them into engaging short-form content
• integrate AI tools to optimize your content creation workflow
• collaborate closely with our creative, production, and social teams to bring smart, platform-native ideas to life
• create basic motion design elements to refine content and elevate storytelling

INTERNSHIP

Join us for several months as part of your studies and learn on the job working in one of the teams. It could be in design, events or communications. It's a great chance to gain valuable experience.

JUNIOR

Your first step on the career ladder This is the entry position for graduates looking to get started. You'll be working on big projects right from the start and learning fast as you progress.

PRO

This is where the magic happens. You could be an account manager, graphic designer, videographer. You already have some experience and now you're working directly with our global sports, lifestyle and photography clients.

SENIOR

You're a great motivator and thrive on taking the lead, driving projects through from concept to completion, giving direction and sharing knowledge, while developing your own experience.

LEAD

Now is the time to help shape creative and strategic vision, for example as Art Director, Head of Communications or Content Creation. You're already an experienced leader, full of ideas and ready to take on full responsibility.

TEAM LEAD

The most senior leadership role – you'll be working directly with the CEO, leading and managing a department and working on budgets, planning, strategy development, business opportunities and human resources.
