**YOU...**:

- have completed a commercial education (business school, HAK, HBLA, etc.)
- have front and back-office experience, as well as human resources
- have some basic accounting experience
- are fluent in spoken and written English and German
- are willing to take on responsibility
- have good attention to detail, fine organizational skills and a result-oriented approach to work
- are a friendly and communicative person
- are outgoing and enjoy working in a team
- are flexible and able to work under pressure
- have good communication skills, a friendly personality
- are interested in a long-term permanent employment

**AND WILL...**:

- support our office team in all administrational matters in an exciting, international agency environment
- be part of various topics and projects in the field of organizational and HR development
- work very close with the entire HR team and other departments
