**Your role**
- Ensuring smooth and effective teamwork, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and leadership.
- You act as a software engineer, continuously building upon and improving our Kubernetes-based microservice platform.
- Collaboration with Directors, Product Owners, and Lead Product Engineers as well as Agile Coaches so you as a team reach your goals.
- Creating an inspiring, cooperative environment with open communication and fostering teamwork.
- Discovering training needs, motivating, and supporting team members to grow.

**Qualifications**:

- Empathetic and sympathetic person with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and transferring knowledge.
- Experienced software engineer with a solid understanding of the Agile Software development lifecycle, Dev(Sec)Ops, CI/CD workflows, Infrastructure/Configuration as Code (Terraform, Ansible), Kubernetes, and Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Communicative personality with clear goals and end-to-end thinking who is passionate about developer enablement
- Hands-on team player with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 50,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38,5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to keep our Dynatracers safe, we adapted to a hybrid working model (partly Home Office, partly at the Office). In the Post-Covid 19 reality, there will be the option to choose between a hybrid (mix of Remote Work and at the Office Work) or full onsite (at the office) working model.
