- This position is located in the CEE Hub business area, which is based in Vienna. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a strong communicator to support our management. In this highly operational role, you will, among other things, serve as a point of contact for our local management team, our parent company, and our six CEE countries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director CEE & Hub, lightening her workload
- Act as the central point of contact between management and both internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee department budget planning and implement effective cost management strategies
- Serve as the local point of contact for internal communication, managing the intranet, website, and communication with our CEE countries and Corporate
- Plan and execute meetings, corporate visits, and company events independently
- Manage office operations, including reception coordination, travel bookings, and general administrative oversight
- Coordinate and supervise one direct report
**Skills, competencies and experience**
- Completed commercial/economic education (HAK, university of applied sciences, university)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international environment
- Proactive, highly organized and positive in attitude
- Excellent proficiency in common software (MS Office, SAP, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and a strong affinity for communication tools (intranet, website, social media)
- Strong communication skills with a high level of commitment
- Precise working style with a good affinity for numbers
- Service-oriented and confident, with a creative and “out-of-the-box” mindset Fluent in German and English
