Do those numbers excite you? We are looking for an ambitious People Analytics Manager Manager to get involved in a range of different upcoming projects as we continue to expand globally. This role is based in either Vienna or London.

**Your tasks**:
As our People Analytics Manager at GoStudent, you will provide high-level analytical support for the development, implementation, and administration of People Services projects and programmes across the business. In this role it will be important to ensure alignment with both business strategies and the team experience. Within your role you will be responsible for:

- Providing advanced analytical support to people analytics projects; identifying key questions, analysing data and developing recommendations to the leadership team.
- Creating quantitative models tied to business drivers, alongside demonstrating the ability to answer business questions, translating large data into clear answers and key performance indicators.
- Using analytics to improve data accuracy and maintain validity, using business knowledge and working closely with Business Partners and HR leads across the globe.
- Developing and maintaining consistent people metrics, reporting and dashboards for all levels of management globally.
- Working closely with Finance Business Partners to oversee monthly payroll as well as analysing hiring budgets to facilitate workforce planning.
- Playing a part in the future implementation of people solution software, such as HRIS.
- Leading cross functional projects with scope that affects all international markets.
- Supporting with the ticketing/system maintenance.
- Other duties to get involved in that will no doubt arise in our hyper growth phase

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Three to five years’ human resource experience in compensation, people analytics, or equivalent human resources experience
- Previous experience with Workday and/or Bamboo is a huge plus
- Experience using a visualisation tool, such as PowerBI, Tableau or something similar
- Advanced technical and analytical skills
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills
- Proven ability to motivate others in order to achieve tasks and goals
- Must be accurate, detail oriented and able to meet tight turnaround times
- Ability to prioritise and balance multiple priorities from multiple sources in a fluid environment
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgement
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; advanced proficiency in Excel required
