As our team is growing, we are looking for a **People Program Manager, with passion and experience in driving a range of people related programs.** **The Team's Responsibilities**: The Business Program Management team in the Western Europe Customer Success is responsible for: - Business Management - ensure data driven decisions in all areas - People related programs including attracting & retaining talents, Development Programs and Awards. In addition, ensuring capabilities that match future needs of our customers are at our heart and center. - Transformation and Change Management We **deliver success by partnering closely** with the Leaders in the WE Headquarter, the Customer Success Leaders and People Managers in the Countries, Human Resources, WW Learning, Area Change Team, Finance and Marketing & Operations as well as our counterparts in Corporate Roles. We are trusted and valued partners to the business leaders through an **always objective and numbers driven approach**, **excellent program management, a pro-active **and ** outcome driven mindset **and ** open two-ways communication.** **Responsibilities**: **Area of focus will include**: - Headcount Management in general like: Forecasts, driving Hiring Projects, in alignment with capacity and capability requirements, HC Hygiene, Org Chart Reviews - Leading and Executing of Programs: Awards and Recognition Programs, Career Advisory Board for the Western Europe CSU, and other technical Development Programs - Ensure Skilling, Training and Development Opportunities across all 12 countries by partnering with the Managers and Leaders **What does success look like**: - Ensure an always on hiring process across 12 countries that is in alignment with capabilities needed - partner closely with Recruiting, Hiring Managers, Finance and our HQ Business Leaders - Ensure staffing to Blueprint and enable/manage the growth of the Customer Success Unit - Drive Awards, Career Advisory Board and Recognition Programs in Partnership with Corporate Counterparts - Partner for healthy level of participation and winners Other - Embody our culture and values **Qualifications**: - Good experience in program management and in partnering with HR functions, people managers - Objective and data driven approach with strong on Excel Skills - Good understanding of Organizational Design - Strong Communication skills and proven capabilities to interact at management and leadership levels - Knowledge and Experience in Customer Success and / or Delivery Business (working with technical teams) is always a plus Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
