Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. The Company's three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world; Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and its AR glasses, Spectacles.

Specs is home to Snap's hardware products and world-class research & development teams. We are focused on pushing the boundaries of what a camera can be — overlaying computing on the real world.

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Spectacles Software team. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to help deliver best-in-class features and software experiences for Snap's next-generation AR devices.

As a TPM at this level, you will coordinate cross-functional software projects, manage schedules and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of software components that power Snap's hardware ecosystem. You'll also support process improvements and communication flows across teams.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with feature development teams across OS platforms to plan, track, and deliver high-quality software releases across technologies such as camera, audio, video, graphics, display, sensors, and firmware.

  • Drive execution of well-defined projects by creating schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies and escalating risks or blockers.

  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned on progress and decisions.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration between hardware, firmware, and application software teams.

  • Identify and communicate program risks, propose mitigation plans, and follow through to resolution.

  • Help improve internal software development processes and project tracking methodologies.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, clear communication, and strong program discipline.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles, tools, and release processes.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with shifting priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and derive needed dependencies

  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong execution mindset

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a software or hardware organization.

  • Familiarity with agile development tools and processes.

  • Travel locally and internationally as required to support software bring-ups and validation activities at manufacturing sites or partner facilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting programs in consumer electronics or hardware-software integration.

  • Exposure to technologies such as camera systems, multimedia software such as video, embedded software. Exposure to AR/VR software is a plus

  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

  • Knowledge of project tracking and version control tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).
