217 rooms, a restaurant, a bar - and a fantastic experience for our guests. That’s the mission for the new Operations Manager at the 25hours Hotel Vienna beim Museumsquartier. Together with the General Manager, Bart FELIX, the Operations Manager is responsible for keeping all the various strands of the operation together and relieving the departmental managers of responsibilities, so that they can ensure our guests enjoy a perfect experience in every respect. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the management support of our hotel

In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special...
- Working in collaboration with the departmental managers, you’ll manage all the operational departments holistically and take responsibility for their performance
- You’ll be involved in hotel budgeting, and co-ordinate regular consultations with the departmental managers to progress in-house projects
- You’ll take care of quality assurance in the individual departments, with the aim of constantly increasing guest satisfaction and loyalty
- You’ll keep an eye on all the little details that make up the 25hours hotel brand, and see that both rooms and public areas are always in tip-top condition
- You’ll be on hand both as host and manager, and you’ll be happy to pitch in yourself
- You’ll recognise talent and, together with the General Manager, you’ll promote it

Your experience and personality add that certain something extra...
- You’ve had several years professional experience as f&b manager or in a sector management role and speak German and English fluently
- You’re keen to collaborate with our gastro partners, you’re passionate about good food and drinks, and you enjoy discovering new concepts
- You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. In addition, you organise hotel operations according to a routine, and you’re skilled at drawing up staff rosters
- You’re a doer - and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
