**What you will be doing**:

- You conduct in-depth research, including user interviews, surveys, and market analysis, to gain insights into user behavior, pain points, and preferences
- You develop and maintain design frameworks, tools, and guidelines that enable seamless integration of human design and service design into the organization
- You create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and other visual representations to illustrate the end-to-end user experience and identify touchpoints for intervention
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions to ideate and co-create innovative solutions
- Prototype and iterate on design concepts, leveraging both digital and physical mediums, to test and validate ideas with users
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design iterations and improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of design-driven solutions across the organization
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service design and human-centered design

**What you need to be successful in the role**:

- 3-5 years experince in service design, UX design, or similar roles
- Experience with facilitating workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative design sessions
- Expert knowledge in using design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) to create compelling visual representations and prototypes
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and service design frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively articulate design concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Native German & English skills ‍

***Salary**:
We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 40.114,90 for this position. However we offer a competive base salary according to a career scheme that takes your qualifications, experience and personal commitment into account. Plus, you will also get nice benefits on top We would be happy to tell you more in a personal interview.
