If yes, this role is for you Join our Global Brand Marketing Team at our Red Bull HQ in Salzburg, Austria and create seamless brand interactions for Red Bull's digital platforms

**UX FOCUS**

**BUSINESS NEED DEVELOPMENT**

You'll be responsible for the strategic development of department specific support flows within the ‘Contact Us Section’.

**SYSTEM AND MESSAGING OPTIMIZATION**

You'll support the seamless integarzion of smart technologies into the backend while ensuring a premium consumer facing experience.

**BRAND ALIGNMENT AND CONSUMER EXPERIENCE**

You'll Enhance Consumer Experience and Costumer Experiences across the end-to-end workflow in Consumer Request Handling.

**COUNTRY MANAGEMENT**

You'll supervise the Global CRH ecosphere incl. Daily CRH Management in alignment with consumer affairs and act as main POC for country and HQ agent support.

**REPORTING AND ANALYTICS**

You'll monitor interactions and request submission and create regular reports on usage patterns, feedback and conversation analytics.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree

English (any other languages advantage)

Digital mindset with interest in new trends

Good organisational and planning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Great understanding of complex departmental structures

Networking skills

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
