We are currently looking for a responsible full-time employee to support our team in the areas of watches, jewelry and accessories design and development.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- Develop products from the first idea to the launch of the product
- Develop our product portfolio (watches, jewelry, sunglasses etc.)
- Create concept, design and implement independently
- Creative implementation of additional projects (graphic, packaging, merchandise)
- Evaluation of the performances of the current product portfolio
- Identifying performance drivers in the respective category
- Develop product strategies in close collaboration with your head
- Collaborate with other departments like Customer Support/Quality Control for incremental product improvements
- Provide sourcing support with focus on further development of the material catalog
- Communication with manufacturers

**Your profile**:

- At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of watches
- At least 2 years of professional experience in design and product development
- Creativity and a keen sense of design, colors, materials and aesthetics
- Interest in current trends of the fashion market
- Independent, self-reliant and stress-resistant work style
- Experience in project coordination
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent knowledge skills with CAD and rendering programs (Rhino, KeyShot, Cinema 4D)
- Excellent handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Interest in learning new things and training structures
- Desire to grow with a young company and taking on more responsibility in the long term
- Fluent in English

- ** Working Location**: Holzkern Headquarters, Autokaderstraße 33, 1210 Wien
- ** Salary**: With the Austrian collective agreement this positions dotes 2.229€ gross per month on a full time basis, without taking previous employment into account. **Your actual salary depends on your personal work experience and qualifications, starting from €2.500 gross per month on a full-time basis, onwards.**
