**Job Description**:
Work together with Storyblok’s legal team data protection agreements as well as policies, keep them up to date and be aware of all changes happening related to GDPR, privacy and data protection.
- Drafting and negotiating on data protection agreements (specifically data processing, data sharing, data transfer and master service agreements with data protection clauses);
- Partnering with the sales, procurement and people teams to develop and incorporate privacy controls, including conducting supplier audits and due diligence assessments as part of our supplier risk management framework, as well as Transfer Impact Assessments;
- Drafting and/or regularly updating existing and new Storyblok policies, such as customer and HR-facing privacy notices and other internal group policies owned by the data privacy team;
- Providing advice and guidance on tactical and strategic data privacy matters to various business stakeholders including sales, procurement, marketing, product and compliance, data protection complaints, marketing initiatives, risk evaluation;
- Providing data protection training to staff;
- Check and watch out on upcoming data laws and regulations and its impact including risk and opportunities for the business;
- Support security questionnaires and certification processes regarding all legal requirements.

We are looking for someone who will bring passion, experience and deep knowledge in the fast-moving and growing area of data protection regulations and precaution models. you are familiar not only with GDPR but with all data protection and privacy regulations and are enthusiastically following any future development

**Qualifications**:

- profound and passionate knowledge of GDPR and its enforcement (2+ years of experience;
- legal education is required;
- deep legal understanding
- excellent legal english;
- basic IT and technical understanding;
- very good communication and negotiation skills;
