Our Area North
- & Latin America (NAMLAM), consisting of 7 Country Organizations, is led by the Executive Vice President NAMLAM, and the Area Team is divided between Austria and locations directly in the Area.

The **Head of Human Resources Area NAMLAM **is accountable for all people & culture related matters across the Area NAMLAM at Doka. We are seeking an experienced HR professional with outstanding people skills to ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.

In this role you are reporting to the Executive Vice President NAMLAM and working in close collaboration with the Country Leadership Teams, Area NAMLAM Functional teams, and particularly with the local HR colleagues across the Area.
- Key responsibilities are the following but not limited to:_
- Driving the **strategic HR Agenda **(Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, People & Leadership Development, HR Process Optimization) for NAMLAM aligned with overall Area business objectives and global HR strategy
- Further promoting and **steering the Umdasch Group culture transformation **for Area NAMLAM
- Acting as professional **Sparring Partner / Consultant** for the Area and local Country Leadership teams
- Close collaboration with local Head of HRs and HR Business Partners to support translation of global initiatives to local needs and ensure alignment between Country and Area strategy.
- Actively participating in the Global HR Network, partnering with other Areas and our Global HR Centers of Excellence.
- Providing **operational support** in all HR related matters across the employee life-cycle (Recruiting, Cross National Employment/Mobility, Labor Law issues, Management Bonus administration, HR Reporting, etc.)
- Regular travelling required

**Qualifications**:

- Higher Education in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
- Several years of relevant HR management experience or similar (e.g. senior HR Business Partner)
- First international experience required
- Hands-on professional HR admin experience
- Strong communication skills, with high fluency in English
- Passion to learn and drive to succeed
- Highest integrity and work ethic standards

**Additional Information**:

- For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience. We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 42,558.88 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry)._
