**Summary**:
More than 20 products - our pipeline of Biologics, Biosimilars, Oligonucleotides and Originator products is continuously growing and need to be established and commercialized on the markets worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Computerized System Expert (M/F/d) to join our team in Schaftenau. You may expect an open and friendly atmosphere as well as a high professional and inspired team. **About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the departments in operating an ERP system (SAP) as a SuperUser
- Assisting users in Drug Product Manufacturing with the operation of other computerized systems in production and logistics
- Creating and coordinating SAP improvement measures in the area of production planning and logistics
- Coordinating the evaluation, qualification, and lifecycle process management of computerized systems within the responsibility area
- Collaborating on various SAP projects
- Administering rights, permissions, and user profiles on these systems
- Specialized coordination of BioInject production with IT and QA compliance
- Providing specialized support for internal and external audits in the field of Novartis Pharmaceuticals

Essential Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or a comparable field, alternatively completion of a Higher Technical Institute with a diploma
- Languages: Fluent in German (both written and spoken), Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience: Strong technical understanding, good understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ideally several years of experience in the IT and/or automation engineering field, knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, knowledge of pharmaceutical processes
- Competencies: Ability for conceptual and analytical thinking, teamwork, dynamism, and self-confidence in professional interactions

For this position the minimum salary is € 60.212,18/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.

We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
