**Summary**:
**About the Role**:
**Major accountabilities**:
- Support existing documentation and training processes and systems
- Propose and provide input for the design of new documentation or training handling systems
- Seeks proactively for support and coaching from Project Leader, Scientific Expert or other team members during the whole process if necessary.
- Solve process customer complaints in a timely manner with adequate communication and under mínimal supervision
- Data system Business/ Administrator owner role
- Participate in function-specific teams and fulfil assigned project tasks and responsibilities under supervision.
- Optimize existing processes and develop more efficient ones (generate workplace procedures)
- Successful execution of assigned tasks within given timelines at expected quality; right first time and right in time

For this position the minimum salary is €43,548.40/year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
