**Your responsibilities at waterdrop®**
- You are responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and success-control of our sales and marketing activities in the wholesale sales of our French market
- You prepare market analyses and assist in market entry planning
- You coordinate our sales representatives to ensure successful order processing
- You take care of invoicing and auditing as well as the creation and processing of key sales figures
- You take over the complaint management of the customer portfolio assigned to you as well as the implementation of optimization measures
- You proactively support our sales teams in building and expanding a profitable retail landscape

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have completed commercial training (studies, apprenticeship, etc.) as well as initial professional experience in operational office work, ideally in the retail sector
- You convince with your proactive, structured, and independent way of working
- You have a high affinity for numbers and IT programs as well as excellent Excel skills
- You are empathetic, have good communication skills, and are a highly motivated team player with a hands-on mentality
- You communicate fluently in French and English
