In this role you are responsible for a team of engineers performing process and device simulation as well as device characterization in the lab.
In your new role you will:
- **Lead, grow and develop **the dynamic, highly motivated automotive powerMOSFET **device development team in Villach**:
- **Select new team members **, support them while **onbording **, **train **them and **develop their full potential**:
- **Align device concepts and development methods **with our global device development community in several ATV technology development sites as well as between Infineon Divisions
- **Realize device innovations **in cooperation with process integration and unit process development in our 300mm power Fabs
- **Shape the long-term technology roadmap **for automotive powerMOSFETs in close collaboration with Technical Marketing, Application Engineering and Product Development
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A **university degree **(Master/PhD) in **Physics, Electrical Engineering **or comparable
- At least **five years of working experience **including hands-on experience with device simulation, development and characterization in the semiconductor industry
- Proven your **leadership skills **, **enjoy working with people **and to **support your reports **in their growth
- A **basic level **of **interdisciplinary project experience**:
- **Excellent German and English **communication and presentation skills
