Als Virtual Supervisor bist du der Leader unseres Preparation-Teams. In dieser Position bist du für die Leitung eines engagierten Teams von Virtual Technikern sowie Advisorn verantwortlich. What You’ll Do
- Als Virtual Service Supervisor hast du die Verantwortung für das komplette Virtual Service Team fuer Österreich und du steuerst und überwachst alle Kennzahlen innerhalb des Teams
- Du verantwortest die Bearbeitung der eingehenden Kundenanfragen und stellst eine effektive und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsvorbereitung fuer unsere Service Centers in ganz Österreich sicher
- In deiner Rolle dienst du als Vorbild und sorgst für die Erreichung der erforderlichen Qualitäts
- und Dienstleistungsziele durch das Virtual Service Preparation Team
- Du führst das Team mit Motivation und Coachinggedanken und bist dafür zuständig regelmäßige Feedback
- und Quartalsgespräche zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung durchzuführen
- Die Organisation, Planung und Umsetzung von Wochenarbeitszeiten, Vertretungen, Urlaub und krankheitsbedingte Ausfälle etc. gehören zu deinem Aufgabengebiet
- Du wirkst bei der Auswahl von Teammitglieder mit und stellst erforderliche Ausbildungs
- und Fortbildungspläne sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen, wie z.B. Service Manager aus den Service Centern, Store Managers, Personal, etc.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Location-Managern und anderen wichtigen Interessengruppen, bestimmst du Ziele für Qualität, Geschwindigkeit und Kosten nach TESLA Richtlinien
- Du nutzt komplexe Softwarelösungen in deiner Rolle und lieferst wichtiges Feedback für die Weiterentwicklung interner Applikationen

What You’ll Bring
- Berufserfahrung: Du bringst vorzugsweise Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit oder hast bereits Führungserfahrungen gesammelt
- Technisches Verständnis: Du bringst eine Affinität für KFZ Technik mit und bist bereit dir ein breites Wissen anzueignen. Wenn du bereits in der KFZ Industrie gearbeitet hast, ist dies natürlich ein Plus.
- Gute Kommunikation: Du sprichst und schreibst gut Deutsch und verfügst über Englisch Grundkenntnisse
- Team Player: Als Talent Scout und Teamplayer schaffst du es dein Team zu führen und zu entwickeln und hast Spaß am Umgang mit den unterschiedlichsten Charakteren
- IT-Affinitat: In einem ständig ändernden Umfeld mit neuen Technologien, Softwareapplikationen und komplexen Prozessen fühlst du dich wohl
- Organisation: Du bist ein Organisationstalent, denkst stets strategisch und analytisch und behältst selbst in schwierigen Zeiten den Überblick und konzertierst dich auf das Wesentliche
- Kundenorientierung: Du bist eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on Mentalität und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Arbeitsberechtigung: Berechtigung in Österreich zu leben und zu arbeiten

Für diese Position bieten wir ein jährliches Bruttomindestgehalt von €46,400 auf Basis des oben angeführten Anforderungsprofils bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung an. Entsprechende Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation werden zusätzlich berücksichtigt. Darüber hinaus bieten wir ein Tesla Aktienpaket an.
