Assistant for R&d Leadership Teams

As part of the Executive Assistants team, you manage information of confidential and critical nature and maintain the highest level of discretion across your key responsibilities:
**Calendar management**
- You provide sophisticated calendar management for an R&D leadership team to **optimize time management**:
- You make judgements and recommendations to **ensure smooth day-to-day engagements**:
- You ensure smooth processes at intersections of the different functional areas of the leaders
- You support by **understanding overlaps** in their **projects **and key areas
**Meetings & Project assistance**
- You see the big picture when it comes to meetings and think of daily tasks as part of various projects, which enables you to contribute and assist throughout different stages such as** assisting **with **structuring** meetings, **defining goals** and **drafting agendas**:
- You help the leadership team with preparations for upcoming meetings by **collecting, prioritizing** and **preparing information/presentations**:
- You assist the leadership team during meetings by **capturing key discussion points**, **outcomes **and **next steps to facilitate follow-up**:
- You are a **sparring partner for the leaders** you support by exercising your own **judgement about processes** and ongoing projects to identify **potential **for **improvement**:
- You **pro-actively** take on and initiate small projects as needed
**Travels & Expense management**
- You **pro-actively plan and organize** **business trips **of the leadership team that you support, including for offsite events, conferences and customer meetings and serve as point of contact
- You handle **expense tracking** and **-management** via Concur
**Qualifications**:
- You already have experience in a** similar assistance** **role**.
- You had **project management** focus in your education and/or previous positions.
- You have a **very good command of written and spoken English**.
- Your** organizational skills** and** independent way of working** distinguish you.
- You are an **extroverted**, **pro-active personality** with a **high service orientation** who enjoys taking on **challenging tasks**.
- You are comfortable working both independently and in varying teams as needed.
- ** Interpersonal** skills, an **eye for detail** and **discretion **characterize you.

**Compensation and rewards**
- We offer a competitive salary with a minimum salary of € 49,000 gross per year based on full-time for this position. The final offer could be higher in line with qualifications and experience.
