**Your place in the team**
For these exciting challenges, we are looking for a Legal Assistant (f/m/d) on a part-time or full-time basis. You will play a crucial role in the team as you will implement and improve our daily challenges in the area of corporate, civil and labor law, as well as GDPR. Your main work areas will be sales, account management, as well as human resources and C-level management.
**What would you help us with**
- Clarification of issues in corporate, civil and labor law, as well as the DSGVO
- Further development of the existing contractual framework
- You represent our interests in dialog with the legal and negotiation teams of our clients and develop negotiation strategies with the executives of the goUrban departments.
- In doing so, you advise and support our executives in the interpretation, structuring and preparation of contractual documents in the course of project initiations.
- Last but not least, you develop internal guidelines, tools and knowledge packages for various legal and business topics.

**What we are looking for**
- University degree in Austria (Mag.iur./LL.M.) completed or at least to be completed in the near future.
- Ideally previous experience with IT related drafting, review and negotiation of contracts
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills (in a team and with other departments)
- Conscientiousness and accurate work ethic, as well as organisational skills and quick perception
- High willingness to learn

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on the respective IT-collective agreement, your individual professional qualifications and previous experience starts at € 41.000
