**Business Analyst & Strategic Project Manager (f/m/d)**

Your Tasks
- Conduct market, industry and competition reviews; perform benchmark exercises
- Collaborate with team to align strategic goals with the company's strategic objectives
- Assist in developing project strategies and execution plans
- Identify potential risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
- Communicate financial performance to senior management and project teams
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional COOs, finance, local management team and project management
- Present financial information and project updates to stakeholders

Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration preferably with a focus on Strategy, Innovation or Management Control or similar education
- 3 years relevant professional experience e.g. from a global Accountancy Consultancy
- Ability to understand and assess complex business cases and develop solution approaches
- Excellent command of English
- Conceptual and strategic thinking linked with a high orientation to implement as well as analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the insights from findings to management and relevant stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking abilities to draw sound conclusions from information and various data sources
- Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, able to work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business
- Advanced Excel skills and be proficient in PowerPoint for presentation purposes
- Work with cross-functional teams and have the maturity to interact directly with senior executives across departments
