**About the job**

**In addition, your tasks will include**:

- Responsibility for a global patent and trademark portfolio
- Evaluating and processing of invention disclosures
- Performing IP-related administration (e.g., annuity payments, royalties, inventor remunerations)
- Conducting IP searches and trainings on IP rights
- Independently executing patent and trademark reviews together with the relevant teams

**What we expect from you in terms of***

**Education, Knowledge & Skills**
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Ceramics, Metallurgy, etc.)
- Knowledge about the refractory or customer industry (e.g. Steel, Cement/Lime, Glass, NFM, etc.) including product knowledge will be considered an advantage

**Language**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language (e.g., German) will be considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Some years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Mining/Cement/Glass/Steel/Refractory industry
- Experience in the field of IP (patents, trademarks, license agreements) & patent searches will be considered an advantage

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 55,000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
