As an Operations and Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our airport resting pods. Your responsibilities will encompass operational, administrative, and financial tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our services. You will also conduct monthly visits to each airport site to ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Duties:

- Manage reservations, refunds, and inventory distribution.
- Oversee pricing strategies and update our Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Management System (CMS), as well as satellite systems that are part of our tech-stack.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to optimize performance. Administrative Duties:

- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Liaise with accountants and handle administrative correspondence.
- Ensure all operational and administrative processes are followed accurately. Financial

**Duties**:

- Handle payments, basic bookkeeping, and procurement activities.
- Prepare and review financial reports and declarations. Site Visits:

- Conduct monthly visits to each airport site to audit pod functionality and cleanliness.
- Ensure all pods are in good working condition and meet our quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in German, Italian, and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in operations, administration, or financial management is preferred.
- Ability to travel to various airport sites as required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-discipline and the ability to work independently, as you will be working solo.
- A strong sense of organization and a proactive approach to solving problems.
