**Job Description**:
**OVERVIEW**:
Sportradar is a global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content for its clients around the world. We provide cutting-edge solutions and services to media companies, bookmakers, sports federations and state authorities. At Sportradar we've experienced a period of sustained hypergrowth due to a highly focused strategy. One of the cornerstones of this success is our streaming services for 150+ betting and media companies across the globe delivering an un-matched amount of LIVE sports events. Sportradar is currently looking to recruit an **experienced sales representative **to grow our Audiovisual business in APAC.
**THE CHALLENGE**:
- Ownership of Sportradar AVadvertiser facing account management
- Lead, manage and develop a growing team of Account Managers
- Create and refine processes to monitor performance, manage workstreams and align communication guidelines
- Identify additional streams of revenue by cross
- and/or upselling our clients
- Oversee the relationship management and support for existing clients
- Be part of Sportradar’s global AV team, collaborating and sharing best practices as you establish and shape an excellent client success team
- Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to ensure delivery against the client objectives
- Support and consult internal product teams to enhance products improvements from a client perspective
- Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings according to travel policies
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Extensive experience working across sales, key accounts and account management to deliver streaming solutions
- Expert knowledge in streaming
- Strong commercial leadership experience as well as operational expertise to build and grow long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Display a growth mindset by demonstrating pro-activity and commercial thinking
- Understanding of the sports betting eco-system a plus
- Passionate about sports
- Excellent business English skills, any other language considered a plus
