Accounts Payable Specialist

Tasks

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payables and Receivables using Netsuite
- Following up with suppliers and other partners to ensure the accuracy of financial records
- Processing of other operational invoices and expense claims
- Preparing bank payments, reconciling bank accounts
- Assisting with month-end including bank reconciliations as required
- Respond to all customer online inquiries in an efficient and correct manner
- Work within the wider TourRadar team to get an understanding of the business and help improve existing Finance processes

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:

- Academic degree with a focus on accounting
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Accounts payable
- Fluent in German
- Confident Excel/Google Sheets user, experience with pivot tables and vlookups is an advantage
- Experience with Netsuite is an advantage
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Great communication and social skills
- High reliability
- Team player
