**Your mission at RBI**:

- Be an integral part of our automation team
- Enable new automation initiatives providing governance, operational guidance and platform support
- Evaluate and support pilot phases of automation projects, ensuring further adaptation and scalability
- Foster the end-to-end process transformation and orchestration using defined platforms and tools
- Proactively stay informed of industry trends and seek new opportunities in the realm of (hyper)automation

***Your core competencies**:

- Innovative mindset with hands-on attitude and a strong end-to-end process focus
- At least 2-3 years of experience in automation design and platforms for process orchestration
- A solid understanding of and experience with (hyper)automation technologies (e.g. Digital Process Automation, Workflow Automation, Robotic Process Automation, AI powered Automation, Decision Management, Process Mining, Low Code, Integration topics, etc)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and working in Agile setups
- Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to key stakeholders ( e.g. Scrum Master, Business Owner, Business Analyst, Product Owner)
- Knowledge of APPIAN Automation platform considered as a strong advantage
