**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience, ideally in an SAP process expert or operations project role.
- Excellent and proven understanding of Service & Operations processes
- Profound process management knowledge and ability to draft and analyze business processes
- Ability to analyze key demands of processes and identify best practices; skills to analyze variants/deviations from standard processes and perform gap analysis/audits
- Deep understanding of service management (in-house and field)
- Knowledge of HOERBIGER products
- Highly Independent work style, used to working with short deadlines; Willingness to travel
- Strong communicator
- Ability to provide instructions on key process elements and system usage to users: ability to provide user trainings and 1st level support
- Excellent MS office skills (especially Excel)
- Excellent Business English/ German or other languages of advantage
- MS Project knowledge of advantage
