**Was dich erwartet**
- Eigenständige Projektrealisierung und -koordination mit unseren externen Partnern, wie zum Beispiel der **European Space Agency - ESA, Europäischen Union - EU, oder der FFG**:

- Erstellung und Verantwortung von Projektterminplänen sowie technische und terminliche Abstimmungen
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung des Projektterminplans und Leistungsfortschritts in allen Phasen
- Risikomanagement und Erkennen von Projektabweichungen sowie Einleitung von Mitigationen
- Führung und Koordination der interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Abstimmung mit Portfoliomanagement
- Qualitäts-, Kosten-, sowie Vertragsmanagement

**Was du mitbringen solltest**
- Abgeschlossene technische/ naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL oder Studium) oder Vergleichbares
- Mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager, idealerweise in R&D Projekten
- Flexible, organisierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende Kommunikations-Skills
- Zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
- Termin
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie sehr gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Freundliches und gewinnendes Wesen
- Überzeugter Teamplayer
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und MS Project von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das Mindestbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt 4.359,91 € pro Monat (bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung) gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag. Es besteht jedoch die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
