**Your mission**:
**Your Contribution**
- Be the first point of contact of the data team for client-related questions;
- Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to communicate data insights to clients and partners;
- Support the preparation of data visualizations and insights for high-level meetings and presentations;
- Share valuable client feedback with Product and Tech teams to improve our platforms;
- Improve existing processes and enable efficient collaboration between internal teams.

**Your profile**:
**What we are looking for**
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in manipulating data and drawing insights from large datasets;
- Experience in communication of data insights to clients;
- Exposure to working with topics such as ethics, gender, youth engagement, impact, or sustainability;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Experience in manipulating data and drawing insights from large datasets;
- Excellent programming experience in R,Python would be beneficial;
- Experience with GitHub and RMarkdown;
- Passion for clean code, data science and statistics;
- Background in Economics or related fields;
