We are growing and are looking for a **Service Delivery Manager Network** in our headquarters in Vienna.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- You are responsible for the company-wide network (WAN connections, firewall, switches, Wi-Fi infrastructure).
- You work closely with our external service providers and monitor the implementation of service level agreements and KPIs.
- As an expert, you optimise our operational processes in coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- You are our escalation and problem manager in the network area as well as technical contact person within the organisation.
- You keep an eye on necessary system changes and define changes for external service providers.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have completed an IT education (HTL or university of applied sciences or computer science studies).
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of larger networks or in the operation of Next-Gen firewall solutions and have implemented initial projects with PM tools.
- You are interested in construction and design of WAN connections, firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- You have already worked with outsourcing partners.
- Your good German and English skills (C-level) and your technical affinity support you in communicating with internal customers.
