Our client is a growing IT Consulting firm headquartered in the USA and expanding into Europe with a new office in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria

This is a unique opportunity for you to grow alongside the company and to have a meaningful impact in developing operations, creating sales opportunities, expanding the client base, and building strong relationships in the local business community. You will serve as the face of our client in Austria, creating brand awareness and driving growth forward.

We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for people, processes and IT who speaks German and English both on a fluent level.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals, eager to build their own operations and team with the backing of an established company.

Tasks
- You will be the key point of contact for current European clients as well as New Business, taking care of their requests and providing excellent account management
- You will focus on business development to introduce and establish our client's products and services in the market
- You will be responsible for creating brand awareness of our client, establishing new customer relationships, and expanding our network in the local community.
- You will build and manage our operation in Vienna from scratch, ensuring smooth operations, and organizing resources, tasks and new team members.

**Requirements**:
Experience in business development, sales, or key account management

Great organizational and time-management skills, experience in handling operations and resources

An entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and networking skills, and a passion for people.

You are hands-on with a strategic mindset, love to get things done and are confident in working independently

German and English both on a fluent level are a must
- ️Previous experience in ERP systems like SAP, SalesForce or ConnectWise, and a passion for IT are a plus.
