**Company Description**
BILLA Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is part of REWE International AG and manages the REWE supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and Czech Republic with more than 820 stores and over 21.000 employees. As a member of our HR BILLA CEE team, you will make a key contribution to the success of our international business by advising & coaching HR departments from BILLA CEE countries and implementing new strategic projects.
- Developing digital strategies to streamline HR processes, improve employee experience, and optimize HR service delivery.
- Designing and implementing digital solutions to enhance HR operations, such as the implementation of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), digital recruitment platforms or digital learning management systems.
- Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of digital HR initiatives, including providing training and support to employees in utilizing digital tools and systems.
- Collaborating with IT and other relevant departments to integrate digital HR solutions with existing systems and ensure data security and compliance with regulations
- Monitoring and assessing the impact of digitalization on HR functions, such as analysing data to make informed decisions, improving HR analytics capabilities, and leveraging digital tools for workforce planning.
- Driving digital HR culture, fostering innovation, and continuously seeking opportunities to leverage technology for HR improvement

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Economics
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the field of HR & implementation of HR tools
- very good command of English and German; Eastern European language is an advantage
- proactive, independent and structured working approach as well as hands-on mentality
- open-minded and communicative personality with a supportive mentality and willingness to take ownership
- project management & good organizational skills and high degree of flexibility and interest in different cultures
- very good IT user skills (Office 365, HR tools)
- driving licence category B
