You will contribute to drive a transformation to globally aligned learning & training methods, tools and processes. In this role you will work closely together with a team of global experts and be part of our HR Core Team in our headquarter Vienna. #mindgrowing

**Your Tasks**:

- Improve current processes and build-up efficient standards in learning & training
- Drive, support and contribute to L&D Projects
- Support L&D harmonization across regions and entities
- Improve current learning, development, and leadership programs
- Consult and collaborate with managers in order to fully understand their training needs and suggests the most suitable training solutions
- Communicate L&D offering and initiatives to the business
- Act as interface to external training providers
- Foster culture of continuous learning
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, education, psychology, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning, development or training within an international and dynamic environment
- Solid experience in planning, developing and implementing various L&D projects and initiatives
- Knowledge of State of the Art L&D Methods, Tools, Learning Science incl Social Media
- Ability to think global and act global and local
- Team player and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Very good project management and organization skills
- Passion for learning & development and strong in execution/hands on
- English and German proficiency
