As an Employer Brand Specialist (M/F/d), you will help us attract and retain tech experts internally as well as externally. - Promote Deutsche Telekom as the Employer of Choice for tech and digital talents - Understand the tech target group and follow market trends to create campaigns that excite and attract talents and create noises on the employee market - Be the creative mind of the team and develop new ideas and concepts for Employer Branding and Talent Attraction - Prepare communication material, ads and digital content for the target group. - Develop paid media campaigns and define and measure success together with social media team - Manage and steer complex projects in an international field together with the team and agencies - You have several years of experience in Employer Branding, HR Marketing and/or Talent Attraction? - You are experienced in digital marketing and in running successful image and recruiting campaigns? - You are firm with graphic tools and visualization of ideas, and you have great story telling skills? - You are a creative person and team player who loves to work internationally? - You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German?
