As an Employer Brand Specialist, you will help us attract and retain tech experts internally as well as externally. - Promote Deutsche Telekom as an attractive employer in the assigned task area - Be an expert in data analysis and follow current trends on the employee market to derive ideas for Employer Branding and Talent Attraction - Understand the tech target group and the applicant market to create targeted communication and campaigns - Analyze employer brand studies and reports to track and evaluate our employer positioning and image - Develop new Employer Brand concepts and digital content together with creative agencies - Define and monitor KPIs to improve and measure success of Employer Brand measures - Managing complex projects in an international field and agile environment - You have several years of experience in Employer Branding, HR Marketing or Digital Marketing? - You love working with data & trends and translating them into full-blown reports and actionable measures? - You are experienced in digital marketing and in running successful image and recruiting campaigns? - You bring a “get things done”-mentality and you are able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment? - You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German?
