Our client is looking for a proactive Service Technician to join their team in Austria. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong practical capabilities who enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems.

**The role**

As a Service Technician, you’ll operate in a hands-on, dynamic environment - you’ll focus on determining the scope of rotating equipment repairs and defining clear, robust approaches to resolving them. You will occasionally travel to customer sites and work directly with clients to correct failures, offering a high level of consultation and technical support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for strong career progression.
- Other responsibilities include: _
- Evaluating, analysing, and tracking deviations
- Assembling mechanical seals, cartridges, and pumps
- Executing repair work by technical drawings
- Developing sustainable solutions to repair issues
- Forming and maintaining successful customer relationships
- Deliver on projects on time and to budget
- Working by processes and safety requirements

**The requirements**
- You’ll have experience in the repair or maintenance of mechanical seals, pumps or other rotating equipment desirable, as well as: _
- Strong SAP knowledge is desirable
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and curious
- Able to work autonomously and diligently
- Innovative and able to resolve challenges
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of motivation, flexibility, and personal commitment
- Keen to develop professionally and personally
- Class B Driver’s License
