Robotic Process Automation (RPA) ist einer der spannendsten und anspruchsvollsten Aspekte des Prozessmanagements. Als Process Automation Analyst bei Red Bull unterstützt du unsere internationalen Teams, indem du Potenziale zur Automatisierung von Prozessen entdeckst und entsprechende Lösungen erarbeitest. Als Teil unseres RPA Teams fungierst du dabei als Brücke zwischen den Business und der IT (Entwickler) bei Automatisierungsprojekten und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in der Optimierung unserer globalen Geschäftsprozesse.

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du das Business um Prozesse mit Hilfe von Automatisierungslösungen wie Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining oder anderen Lösungen zu optimieren.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**AUTOMATISIERUNGSPOTENTIAL**
- Gemeinsam mit dem Business analysierst du Anfragen zu Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten und überprüfst, ob sich ein Prozess zur Automatisierung eignet
- Du präsentierst die Use Cases mit einem klarem Return-On-Investment in Review Meetings

**DOKUMENTATION & REPORTING**
- Du bist verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation des Automatisierungsprojekts und unterstützt das Business dabei, den jeweiligen Prozess und die Requirements korrekt darzustellen
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und erstellst die Dokumentation in unserem System
- Du überprüfst die Dokumentation der Partner hinsichtlich Vollständigkeit, Richtigkeit und Plausibilität
- Außerdem erarbeitest du Präsentationen für den Genehmigungsprozess neuer Automatisierungslösungen

**IMPLEMENTIERUNG UND WARTUNG**
- Du koordinierst den gesamten RPA project life cycle von der Idee bis zum Go-Live, evaluierst bereits existierende Lösungen und identifizierst neue Optimierungspotenziale
- In dieser Rolle betreust du externe Entwickler und stellst eine hohe Qualität der Automatisierungslösung sicher
- Du sorgst im Projekt für klare Zuständigkeiten, Rollenverteilungen und Zeitpläne und stellst durch effektive Wartung und Hypercare stabile Lösungen sicher
- Du überprüfst kontinuierlich die laufenden Automatisierungen und optimierst diese

**KOMMUNIKATION & ENTWICKLUNG EINES AUTOMATISIEURNGS-NETZWERKS**
- In dieser Rolle bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Business, IT und Developern, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation ist Voraussetzung
- Du nutzt interne und externe Prozessautomatisierungs
- und RPA Netzwerke (wie z.B. IT, Operations, Finance sowie externe Partner) um Synergien zu finden und best practices zu entwickeln
- Du kommunizierst den Projektstatus empfängergerecht an alle interessierten und beteiligten Stakeholder

**AUTOMATION TOOLS & SYSTEMS**
- In dieser Rolle bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Business
- Du arbeitest mit Tools wie UIPath, Celonis, Logic Apps und anderen Lösungen

**Qualifikationen**:

- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Automatisierungsprojekten (z.B. RPA) von der Konzeption über Go-Live bis zur Wartung
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis der Anforderungen des Business und die Fähigkeit schnell festzustellen, welche Use Cases für eine Automatisierung in Frage kommen
- Gutes Feingefühl im Umgang mit Stakeholdern (z.B. Beziehungsmanagement, Management der Erwartungshaltung, etc.)
- Erfahrung im Erstellen stabiler RPA-Dokumentationen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von SAP, BI und Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil
