**Your territory**

As part of our Communications team, you will:

- Perform quality assurance on all AI content outputs, checking for technical accuracy, product specification precision, readability, and compliance with regional regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain a comprehensive AI content toolkit (e.g., templates, prompt library, guidelines, and best practices) for recurring content types, documenting successful approaches and refinement techniques for team-wide efficiency improvements
- Experiment with different AI tools and models to identify the best solutions for specific content types, and use cases while documenting best practices
- Train AI systems through iterative feedback loops, providing corrections, examples, and guidelines to improve the quality and relevance of generated content over time
- Localize content for multiple markets with AI, ensuring local relevance while keeping brand consistency and technical accuracy
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

**Your profile**

Key requirements:

- Proven hands-on experience with AI in content creation and ability to integrate AI into content workflows
- Strong prompt engineering skills and experience optimizing AI outputs
- Great English skills and ideally able to “speak USA”
- Several years of copywriting experience
- German language skills are a plus
- Optional: Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
