Um unsere internationale Expansionsstrategie am Markt aktiv voranzutreiben, besetzen wir im Bereich **Executive Board** im Rahmen einer **Nachfolgeplanung** in unserem **Headquarter** in **Leoben (AT) **die folgende Position:
**Executive Technical Assistant to the COO (w/m/d)**:
In dieser Rolle berichten Sie direkt an unseren COO und verantworten dabei diverse inhaltliche Themen in seinem Verantwortungsbereich.

**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen dem COO und allen internen (z.B. Directs) und externen Interessengruppen
- Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle Recherchetätigkeiten zu vielfältigen Themen im Bereich des COOs
- Professionelle inhaltliche Vor-und Nachbereitung von Unterlagen und Präsentationen für Meetings sowie Nachverfolgung von To-Do Liste und Follow-up Meetings (z.B. Aufsichtsrat)
- Proaktive und eigenständige organisatorische Abwicklung und Betreuung von vertraulichen Sonderprojekten (Project Management Office) im Bereich des COO
- Identifikation und Bewertung strategischer Optionen und Handlungsempfehlungen für das Top-Management
- Vernetzung mit wichtigen Stakeholdern des Unternehmens und deren professionelle Unterstützung
- Freude an der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Informationsabfragen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Fundierte technische/wirtschaftliche Ausbildung erforderlich (TU/FH/Uni)
- Relevante Berufserfahrung/Praktika in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder gehobenen Management von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung
- Exzellente Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Technisches Verständnis und Lernbereitschaft
- Hervorragende IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office - Excel und PowerPoint, SAP von Vorteil)
- Integre, positive und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit einem professionellen, sicheren Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld
- Hoher Grad an Motivation sowie Flexibilität bzgl. Arbeitszeiten
