**R&D Team Assistant (M/F/d)***:
As R&D Team Assistant, you will be supporting the R&D Management as well as the R&D department. We are looking for a professional with exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Administrative processing of files during patent granting procedures as well as associated communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Organization and coordination of business travels for the R&D team
- Independent follow up and ensure compliance with processes and deadlines
- Ensuring data quality in the internal IP systems
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings

**Your Profile**:

- Completed commercial school or commercial training (eg. HAK, HLW)
- First work experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Basic legal / patent law knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- High sense of duty, diligence and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills, willingness to cooperate and communicate across all AT&S sites, functions and departments

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 33619.32;
