In order to actively drive our international expansion strategy in the market, we are filling the following position in the **Executive Board** area at our headquarters in **Leoben (AT)**:
**Executive Assistant to the Board - (f/m/d)**:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for support of the management in all administrative and organizational tasks involving a wide range of topics.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Interface function between the Executive Board member and all internal and external stakeholders in all coordination and information processes at international level
- Strong management of scheduling internal and external meetings, business trips, conference calls and day-to-day activities
- Proactive and independent organizational handling and support of certain projects
- Appropriate time allocation to priorities
- Prepare and set up presentation material for Board meetings and global Management Meetings
- Professional preparation and follow-up of documents as well as follow-up of to-do lists
- Follow up and complete projects with mínimal supervision and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Project coordination for the C-Level as well as content-related responsibility
- Ensure a smooth and professional workflow

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Business Administration or Office Management
- Previous experience supporting executives in an international environment
- Structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working as well as high service orientation
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with high level of attention to detail.
- Technical understanding and willingness to learn
- Excellent IT user skills (especially MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint, SAP an advantage)
- Positive and outgoing personality with a professional approach
- High degree of motivation and flexibility regarding working hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 50.000,00 Euro.
