- Be part of project teams for definition, design and development of audio processor and other external hearing implant system components
- Conduct product related market research, collect and process feedback and analyze the competition, create customer requirements definitions
- Conduct product trainings to internal staff and customers at conferences, workshops and trainings
- Your Profile- Bachelors‘ degree or higher degree (University, FH) in biomedical, electrical or mechanical engineering or physics; additional business education desired
- Several years of healthcare experience is required; additional experience in the medical device or hearing aid industry is a plus
- Excellent team communication and presentation skills in English and German language
- Result oriented, eloquent and highly motivated personality with strong affinity to technology, willingness to actively participate in tough discussion and decision-making processes
- Willingness to worldwide travel up to 25 %
