Was Dich erwartet
- Das Greiner Professional Program bietet im Zweig Information Security eine fundierte Ausbildung in den Bereichen Information Security Management, IT Security, OT Security und Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Je nach Wissenstand und persönlichem Interesse steigst Du unterschiedlich tief in die jeweiligen Themenstellungen ein und lernst diese von der Pike auf kennen oder vertiefst Dein bereits vorhandenes Know-how.
- Innerhalb des 15-monatigen Traineeprogramms absolvierst Du neben ausgesuchten Fachtrainings (inklusive Zertifizierungen) auch drei dreieinhalbmonatige Stationen in verschiedenen Greiner-Unternehmenssparten. Dabei übernimmst Du Verantwortung für nationale oder internationale (Teil)-Projekte und lernst so hands-on und vernetzt das „Business“ kennen. Fachlichen Support und Coaching erhältst Du dabei von erfahrenen Experten.
- Neben der fachlichen Ausbildung kannst Du Deine Soft Skills im Rahmen ausgewählter Seminare und Trainings der Greiner Academy erweitern.

Was Du mitbringst
- Große Leidenschaft für das Thema Information Security
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in dem Bereich von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Idealerweise Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt auf IT u/o Information Security
- Interesse an der sicheren Implementierung von Emerging Technologies wie AI, Blockchain, IoT,sowie agilen Arbeitsmethoden
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Offenheit für Neues und hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Engagement
- Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

Was wir bieten

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt liegt für eine Vollzeitanstellung bei EUR 2.830;
- brutto monatlich. Dafür findet man heutzutage keine Top-Talente mehr. Das wissen wir und sind bereit, in Dich zu investieren.
Dein Einstiegsgehalt bei Programmstart wird nach transparenten Kriterien festgelegt. Abhängig von Deiner Ausbildung und Deinen individuellen Vorkenntnissen kann das Einstiegsgehalt auch deutlich darüber liegen. Darüber hinaus erwartet Dich ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, nette und hilfsbereite Kolleg:innen und eine Reihe attraktiver Sozialleistungen.

Internationale Dienstreisen oder Projektstationen im Ausland sind im Rahmen des Greiner Professional Program - je nach Deiner individuellen Präferenz und der internen Verfügbarkeit - möglich bzw. vorgesehen.
