- Act as a business partner for the General Manager of the Aviation & Railway division
- Support our sites in USA, China, and Czech Republic with various controlling activities
- Responsible for monthly financial closing (timely and accurate completion)
- Prepare and facilitate P&L reviews (including data preparation, coordination with management, etc.)
- Coordinate budget, forecast, and MYP planning processes
- Support the Sales Team and the Commercial Excellence Team
- Oversee ongoing reporting, conduct ad hoc analyses, and target-performance comparisons, including variance analysis
- Actively participate in various financial projects
- Identify and minimize potential risks within the scope of risk management

**Your Profile**
- Financial education (university or equal), ideally with a focus on controlling
- 3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Strong computer skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work with numerical data
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Precise working style
- Good communication and teamwork skills
