**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Reporting: Prepares and improves regular monthly Corporate and Group Cost reports and quarterly Functional Cost Reports as well as ad hoc management reports; Maintains data quality by challenging accuracy of data provided by legal entities; Maintains system, tools and databases for proper corporate data reporting; drafts reports;
- Support implementation of OMV controlling guidelines, regulations and standards
- Cost saving initiatives: The job holder has the ability to maintain a schedule for cost projects to ensure timely input and delivery of required data; Maintains collected data and ensures its consolidation in tracking tool; Prepares project reporting and stakeholder presentations; Prepares project status meetings and outcome documents; Supports preparation of project workshops and their documentation
- Cost & Cost deep dive: Supports development of process framework (key cost drivers, granularity level, analysis method and approach) and implementation plan; supports execution of deep dives
- Industry knowledge: The job holder will strive to improve the global industry knowledge especially in terms of financial controlling and reporting techniques used in the industry; The job holder understands production, operations & engineering principles applied in the Oil & Gas industry; The job holder has basic knowledge of any other methodologies, standards or practices applicable for planning, evaluation, controlling and reporting; The job holder keeps continuously updated about controlling principles and standards applied in the Oil & Gas industry
- Organization: Proactively aligns relevant activities within Group Controlling, as well as with Segment Controlling and Corporate Functions

**Your profile**:

- You have a Bachelors Degree or Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience
- High level of diligence
- Distinctive service orientation towards all internal Controlling clients
- High accuracy in providing correct information and figures
- High individual responsibility in generation and validation of sensitive corporate figures
- Strong communication skills and self confident appearance
- High stress tolerance, conflict management ability and load capacity
- High individual responsibility and independence in collaborating relevant stakeholders
- Excellent English skills
- IT skills (MS Office, TM1, SAP)
