Your mission
- Drives internal and external communication of the procurement function
- Creates and communicates key messages to promote procurement within the organisation
- Agrees and coordinates on communication plan and timelines for presentations
- Empower the community to celebrate and share success stories
- Aligns on content and coordinates on presentations with internal stakeholders
- Supports and prepares presentations and templates for the community in a timely manner
- Assists Procurement Controlling in data collection, validation and consolidation
- Supports in preparation on monthly and quarterly reports, annual budget and outlooks

**Profile**:

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor/Master degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or similar
- Organisational skills and independent working
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- Ability to write texts that are compelling
- Excellent writer and very good at interpreting numbers
- Knowledge of controlling and finance
- High analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Excellent MS office skills, Excel and Power Point on advanced level

**Offer**:

- **Start**: immediate start date possible, considering your availability
- **Location**: Group office Vienna
- **Extent**: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- **Duration**: unlimited contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 42,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
