we are looking for an empathic team lead people operations (f/m/x) with a background in start-up environments and a passion for creating the best place to work for our enspis. You will be pivotal in nurturing talent and driving organizational performance in our international setting. You oversee all aspects of HR compliance, operations, and recruiting within our organization, supporting our growth and success by effectively managing HR processes, policies, and procedures.

as a leader of our handpicked team of experts, you
- lead and cheerlead our fantastic People team, consisting of People Operations and Recruiting experts, giving them the support and guidance they need to rock it every day,
- develop and execute strategies, policies, and procedures that'll keep our enspis engaged using the most advanced tools for automation and user experience,
- ensure employment law compliance for enspired and our enspis in several countries,
- create epic onboarding experiences to welcome newbies into the fold and get them up to speed in no time,
- analyze, define, and implement tailored compensation and benefits programs to keep our team feeling valued and appreciated,
- collaborate with management to align people strategies with the company's overall goals,
- are the go-to guru for all things HR, offering advice, support, and solutions to our team whenever they need it.

**Requirements**:

- value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
- are experienced in designing and implementing People strategies and maintaining a positive corporate culture,
- have at least 10 years of experience in people operations,
- have at least 5 years of experience in leading teams,
- have outstanding knowledge of Austrian labour law,
- you are based in, or close to Vienna or are open to relocate,
- are fluently speaking German and English,
- have an affinity for IT and experience with different HRMS,
- love to work with people, and
- are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
