Join our dynamic team as an HR Generalist and embark on a journey filled with exciting challenges and opportunities. We are looking for someone with a background in business administration or ongoing studies in business, (economic) psychology, or similar fields. While initial experience in HR is a plus, it's not required. Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, will set you apart. Your ability to manage the employee life cycle will be highly valued, along with your skills in tasks such as managing the preparation and finalization of employment contracts, overseeing payroll administration, and handling travel expenses.

You should be passionate about improving HR processes and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
You love to think creatively and seek innovative solutions to streamline operations.
You are comfortable researching employment and contract law, as well as navigating and managing timesheets, and you are keen to contribute to the automation of HR processes.

We offer an attractive annual salary based on your qualifications and experience (minimum €14,100 gross per year for 16 hours per week, according to the applicable Austrian collective employment agreement).
