As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that user-generated content meets community guidelines and standards. You will help create a safer online experience, making it vital for individuals who are detail-oriented and dedicated to quality. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines.
- Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly.
- Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis.
- Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows.
- Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building.
- Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace evolving guidelines.
- Must be open to relocating to Malta and integrating into a collaborative team culture.
